A blend of two distinc tumeric varieties mixed with anti-baceterial, lymph movers and spices to warm the body and allow for flow.
Ingredients
Tumeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, Allspice, Cardamom, Roasted papaya nut, Vanillia.
Instructions
Take 1-3 tsp to hot milk of choice or water. Add honey or agave nectar to taste. Drink 1 once a day as needed.
